We set ourselves a challenge: to create terms and conditions that people will actually read!

Neuchâtel & Delémont – January 2025 edition
Will the logo/website be mine once I've paid for it?
Yes! As soon as the final invoice is paid, you own the usage rights. We just reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio to brag a little (unless you ask us to keep it under wraps).
Will you give me the source files?
By default, no. We deliver the final files ready for use. If you absolutely must have the source files (InDesign, Figma, etc.), that’s possible, but it’s best to agree on this at the start of the project, and it will incur additional costs.
Are there any hidden fees?
No unpleasant surprises with us. Anything not included in the quote (last-minute requests, additional options) will be discussed with you and approved by you before being billed.
How do we pay?
Generally, we ask for a 50% deposit when you place your order to get the production process started, with the balance due upon delivery. We accept bank transfers (and our bank prefers that).
What if I want to change something at the last minute?
We often include two or three rounds of revisions in our quotes. If we get to the 15th revision of the button color, we may need to adjust the budget, but we’ll let you know well in advance!
How long does it take?
It all depends on the size of the project. A website? A few weeks. A full-scale marketing campaign? A little longer. The key to a quick turnaround is how quickly you can send us the content!
What if my website crashes in six months?
We won’t just leave you to fend for yourself. We offer maintenance contracts so you can rest easy. If it’s a minor bug related to our code, we’ll take care of it, of course.
