A large-scale campaign

General mobilization

Declinations, did you say declinations?

In order to effectively promote the ECAP initiative and encourage homeowners to sign up for free information sessions organized by the prevention team, we developed our communication strategy using both traditional and digital media.

We created dedicated social media accounts, posted regularly to announce the sessions, and sponsored them. In addition, we sent a personalized letter presenting their building on a runoff risk map to the approximately 18,000 affected property owners in the canton.

In addition to these digital media, we also created a physical presence with triptych posters displayed throughout the county, as well as inserts in local newspapers. In total, we produced more than 60 different versions to enhance this campaign.

A promising start

The campaign was a resounding success from the outset, with all information sessions fully booked just a month and a half after its launch. In light of this, we suggested to ECAP that one of the sessions be recorded and posted on the website, as the aim of the campaign was to ensure that as many people as possible had access to the information they needed to protect themselves from damage caused by runoff.
